The 360° Tree Stabilizer - Patent pending; U.S. Design Application No. 29/773,563U.S. Utility Patent Application No. 14/528,428

Until to now there has never been a “Best Practice” for staking a tree. I believe that I now offer that “Best Practice” with The 360° Tree Stabilizer!

The 360° Tree Stabilizer does it all:

TREE MOVEMENT is encouraged by the arm’s soft cradle and adjustable strap which allow for the development of strong roots and strong trunk growth.
TRUNK PROTECTION from the arm’s semi-flexible, soft, concave cradle pad and strap prevents trunk scarring.
PLANTING VARIATION needs addressed with an “adjustable arm” allowing for various stake-to-tree lengths to clear the root ball.
SAFER & EASIER TO MAINTAIN AROUND by eliminating ugly wires or ropes, covers sharp edges of metal stakes and allows stake to be inserted vertically vs angled.
VERSATILITY with ability to stack or link stabilizers to support trees with larger canopies or to easily stabilize trees on unlevel ground.
SAVES TIME & MONEY with quick installation in under 30 seconds, stackable, or connectable eliminating additional poles and it is reusable!
ASTHETICILY PLEASING with great curb appeal.

Directions for Use:

1. Determine the distance needed from tree trunk to where you will need to drive wooden stake or metal T-Post into ground. Do this by putting The 360° Tree Stabilizer trunk cradle next to trunk and at the same time extend The 360° Tree Stabilizer fixed pole arm out to desired distance, (You want to drive the stake outside of the tree root ball) 20-1/2” to 27-3/4” within the pinning hole range.
2. Hammer 2-1/8” wooden stake or metal T-Post into ground by the base of the tree but outside of root ball. Go deep enough to hit solid ground and/or when you line up to the desired spot on the tree trunk.
3. Install The 360° Tree Stabilizer onto the top of the wooden stake or metal T-Post (use T-Post adapter). Tighten the strap as tight as you can (you may need to use a pair of plyers).
4. Slide The 360° Tree Stabilizer arm out until it is ½ to 1” from tree trunk, then pin the arm at the desired distance from tree trunk. Wrap strap around the tree, hook the strap to the opposite side of The 360° Tree Stabilizer giving you a 1/2” to 1” air gap between The 360° Tree Stabilizer trunk cradle and tree trunk. For bigger trees, link the straps of two of more 360° Tree Stabilizers together around the trunk. The size of the tree, tree canopy and the soil type will be the controlling factors on how many stakes will be needed to properly support the tree. (When using two stakes we recommend installing the stakes 90 degrees apart. When using three or more 360° Tree Stabilizers, space as needed for proper alignment.

*NOTE: Wooden stake or metal T-Post is required for installation but NOT included.
